Kinovra provides communication software for senior living communities to share updates with authorized family members.
Accounts
Facilities are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Protecting login credentials
- Ensuring only authorized staff access the platform
Family members are responsible for protecting access links or credentials provided by the facility.
Appropriate Use
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Misuse or interfere with the platform
- Upload unlawful or harmful content
- Share resident information without authorization
Subscription
Kinovra is provided as a recurring subscription service.
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and free trials are managed through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
Kinovra is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinovra shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
